JOB SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
For Waitresses:
* Welcome and attend to customers professionally.
* Take and accurately communicate customers’ orders.
* Serve food and beverages promptly.
* Attend to customer requests and enquiries.
* Keep tables and service areas clean and presentable.
* Provide excellent customer service.
* Assist with clearing and resetting tables.
* Report customer complaints to the appropriate supervisor.
