JOB SUMMARY
A SPA on NTA Road, Port Harcourt is seeking a proactive Supervisor to oversee staff, operations, and ensure smooth daily running of the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Staff Management
– Supervise and manage staff
– Assign daily duties and schedules
– Monitor staff performance and attendance
2. Operations
– Coordinate daily operations
– Ensure company rules and policies are followed
– Monitor stock, equipment, and company property
3. Customer & Admin
– Handle customer complaints and issues
– Maintain accurate records and reports
– Report operational issues to management
– Ensure quality, discipline, and smooth running of the workplace
Job Requirements
- Education: National Diploma (ND) or equivalent qualification Required
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience, preferably in supervisory or managerial position Required
- Skills: Leadership, Communication, Organizational and Time-management skills Required
- Character: High integrity, Responsibility, Punctuality, and Professionalism Required
- Ability: Ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team Required
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience, preferably in supervisory or managerial position Required
