Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and deliver engaging lessons.
* Teach pupils according to the school’s curriculum.
* Prepare lesson plans, assignments, tests, and learning materials.
* Monitor pupils’ academic progress and provide feedback.
* Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment.
* Encourage pupils’ participation and development.
* Communicate appropriately with parents and school management when required.
* Maintain accurate records of pupils’ attendance and performance.
* Participate in school activities and other assigned duties.
* Previous teaching experience is an advantage.
* Good knowledge of primary school subjects and curriculum.
* Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
* Must be patient, responsible, creative, and approachable.
* Ability to prepare lesson plans and teaching materials.
* Must be passionate about working with children.
* Ability to assess pupils’ performance and provide appropriate support.
* Must be hardworking, punctual, and professional.
