Job Summary
A reputable pastry store outlet is seeking a reliable and experienced Dispatch Rider to handle the safe and timely delivery of pastries and other customer orders. The ideal candidate must be responsible, punctual, customer-focused, and familiar with routes within Port Harcourt.
Key Responsibilities
* Pick up pastry orders from the outlet and deliver them safely to customers.
* Ensure all deliveries are made accurately and on time.
* Handle pastries and other orders carefully to prevent damage or spillage.
* Confirm customer delivery details before setting out.
* Communicate professionally with customers.
* Collect payments where required and properly account for all monies received.
* Use navigation applications to locate delivery destinations when necessary.
* Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned motorcycle.
* Report delivery delays, vehicle issues, or other challenges promptly.
* Provide proof of delivery where required.
* Carry out other delivery-related duties assigned by management.
