Key Responsibilities
* Attend to customers professionally and courteously.
* Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
* Assist customers with product enquiries and selections.
* Follow up on customer requests where necessary.
* Maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
* Receive and respond to calls, messages, and other customer enquiries.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions when required.
* Ensure customers receive excellent service.
* Escalate serious complaints or issues to management.
* Assist with other duties within the plaza when required.

* Salary: ₦60,000 monthly.
