  • Copywriting & content creation

  • Photo editing & manipulation

  • Sponsored ads setup & management

  • Social media account boosting & promotions

  • Printing services (flyers, banners, stickers, business cards, wedding cards, etc.)

  • CAC registration assistance

  • Custom clothing & merchandise branding (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.)

We reserve the right to modify, update, expand, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

a. Payments

  • All payments must be made in full before work begins or products are delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payments may be made in Nigerian Naira or other accepted currencies for international clients.

b. Refunds

  • Service-based work: Once a project has started, refunds are not guaranteed. Refund requests may only be considered if no work has commenced.

  • Printing & custom products: Due to the personalized nature of printed and custom items, refunds are not available once production has begun.

  • Digital assets: Digital files and completed designs are non-refundable once delivered.

4. Client Responsibilities

By engaging Alpha Media, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for your project

  • Respond promptly to approvals, feedback, and communication

  • Ensure that all materials you provide (logos, images, text) do not violate third-party rights

  • Use our services only for lawful and ethical purposes

Delays caused by incomplete information or late feedback may affect project timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, concepts, drafts, templates, and creative materials produced by Alpha Media remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, clients are granted a usage license for the agreed purpose only.

  • Reselling, redistributing, or claiming ownership of Alpha Media’s original work without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Alpha Media reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, websites, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

6. Results & Performance Disclaimer

While we apply professional expertise and best practices, Alpha Media does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • Sales or revenue results

  • Advertising performance

  • Social media growth or engagement

  • Business success metrics

Results may vary based on factors outside our control such as market conditions, budget, industry, audience behavior, and platform policies.

7. Communication & Support

We are committed to professional and respectful communication.
Any abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward our team may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.

8. Data & Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle all client information confidentially.

  • Personal data (email, phone number, files, business details) is used strictly for service delivery.

  • We do not sell or share client data with third parties except where legally required or necessary for service execution (e.g. payment processing).

Analytics

Our website may use analytics tools to improve user experience. These tools may collect non-identifiable data such as device type, pages visited, and general location.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our website or services
